T TarfHead Registered User Messages 1,672 6 Sep 2006 #3 I opened this thread thinking someone was looking for underfloor heating that didn't involve plumbing. We recently had DEVI electrical mats installed and they work well. Only caveat is that we have yet to get an ESB bill.
