driveway gates with railings

Hi,
We would like to get some gates at the end of our driveway so we were thinking pillars with metal gates (possibly automated) with railings to each side of the gates.

We haven't a clue where to start. What should we do first? Do we need to organise someone to put in foundations and build the pillars and then try find a gates and railings place or would it all be done by one place?

I live near Maynooth. When you are installing gates and railings I assume that all the blockwork is already done for you and I would just ring with measurements?
