hi. I purchased a two piece dress two months ago for 350.00. I got it drycleaned after one wear and the top part had shrunk to nothing and all of the beading disappeared. the shop gave me a replacemnt top, instructions were to dryclean but store advised me not to dryclean the replacement.. whats my rights here. I didnt pay 350 for a dress that I can only wear once.
I now have a top at home which need to be cleaned but i know its going to be ruined if i dryclean it. store advised soaking in lukewarm water but that wont remove stains and beading is glued on so that will be removed.
Have i any comebackk from the store.
thanks in advance
