Downpatrick Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12

Would anyone know what Downpatrick Road in Crumlin is like? Dont know the area and would appreciate any opinions please.

ah well bad luck...there is another house for sale there at the moment also. to be perfectly honest i would go for that part of drimnagh (or any Associated property type houses) over any part of Crumlin, but I guess its personal opinion etc......Crumlin is a fine spot too

Like the previous poster Drimnagh has its nice spots as does Crumlin. Downpatrick is nice and and very quiet.Close to Superquinn and a decent park and on alot of bus routes. what would make me plump for this area is its proximity to town which makes it quite a walkable journey.

Definitely one of the nicer roads in Crumlin.
