Downloads for MP3 Player- creative zen

Hi I am complete novice wiht audio devices and downloads and need some help. Santa will deliver on xmas morning a Creative Zen MP 3 Player. I would like to have some songs downloaded in advance but don't know how. I have looked at the manual but can't see how. I have downloared to my PCs some songs from itunes, but now I think they are incompatabile and that is why I can't uploaded them. If anyone has clear easy instruction on how to download music to the MP3 player - i'd really appreciate it -

or on the CD that came with the package, and you should get instructions as well. iTunes MP4 / AAC formats will need to be converted to MP3 format and doing this will depend on the OS on your PC, here's one - [broken link removed]
