Downloading with realplayer

Hi

Each time I try to download a show on Catch up using real player an advertisement appears for a few seconds. When I click on the download this video button, it only downloads the ad. I have tried letting the prog run and then download but that does not work. I do not understand what has happened because up to a few days ago I could download without a problem.
