downloading movies to use in MM flash/Director

HI all, just wondering if anyone knows how to download movies from sites like youtube or movie trailers and save them to be used in Director or Flash. It used to be so easy... right click save as... but now it aint so easy. Any hep would be great

they used to be just movie files but are now flash. see here to get a way round this. google throws up a few more ways...
