Download Form 12

Hi,

I am applying for a mortgage & the bank have asked to see last years Form 12 to prove rental income.
I submitted this online.
Does anyone know of a way to download a copy of the Form 12 submission please?

I have had a similar request, I was actually thinking of posting about why a bank needs proof of tax compliance and the potential data protection issues involved - but the banks hold all the cards so I have to do it.

In answer to your question though,
on the revenue online system, if you go to your record and communications from revenue (I think it’s called an inbox, like email) you’ll get copies of forms submitted online, statement of net liabilities and receipts - all of which my bank are looking for for 2016.

Its actually impossible to get a copy of the Form 12 if submitted online.
The bank accepted this in the end & took the P21
