Doubleprint ... pick up your phone!

I sent film to be developed to Doubleprint about 3 weeks ago. I tried to ring their number here but no reply! I then rang their number in the UK but again no reply. Has anyone heard of anything connected with Doubleprint? I thought they were a reputable company! I want my photos back now.

Did you get your photos back yet? I used Doubleprint years ago and always found them excellent. I think the longest I ever waited for my photos was a week but generally you'd have them back in a few days.

Finally they picked up the phone. No trace of my photos though! sAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED THEM. i POSTED THEM IN THE pOST oFFICE WHERE i LIVE.
