Can anyone tell me, is it possible to get the damaged pane in a double glazed unit replaced or does one have to get the whole unit replaced? Thanks for for any help.
is the pain of glass cracked on the unit? If so you have to replace the complete unit you can not just get the one pain replaced on a single double glazed unit.
depending on the size of the unit the cost would be someware between 50€ and 200€.
Window Doc, No the panes are not cracked, this is the glass that I just could not clean because of the run off from some plastering and I was wondering if it was possible to replace the dirty looking panes without replacing the whole unit to try and keep the cost down, also if it can be done can it be done in situ or would it have to go back to the suppliers?
