door architraves

hi there

i am painting my door frames and architraves white at the moment - its coming out lovely except for small gaps at the door architrave. is wood filler what i need for this and if so is it easy to apply

You need decorator's acrylic caulk (often referred to as painter's mate, apply with a cartridge gun, smooth with your finger and paint after one hour.
