Dongle for smart Tv can't seem to download Bitlord etc

I have a android dongal which makes TV smart, works great to surf ,netflicks,etc I downloaded Bitlord and says download successful but when I open the file it says file can't open,I have a wireless mouse btw
I downloaded bitlord to help me access some sites that need bitlord application to work ,both work fine on my PC.

But when I go into this other site to download something it says error 404 which means can't can't find web page,
I have UPC,
Also can't seem to be able download flash player on dongle deviceany other option to do same job as flash player

any ideas what the issue is

Adobe pulled Flash support for Android. See [broken link removed] for a PC Advisor article with a few work-arounds.

Some torrent sites have been blocked (kickass , tpb)ence the 404.Did you download onto your dongle bitlord for android?
