Donadea Co. Kildare

Just wondering if anybody knows anything about living in the Donadea area. There is the lovely forest park, and equestrian centre but I dont see a lot else. Is there any village / community feeling? Bars restaurants etc

Any info would be much appreciated.

Donadea is more a townland than a village to be honest. There is a shop close to the forest and two pubs within a few miles, both fairly isolated. The closest village would be Staplestown - church, primary school, shop & St Kevin's GAA. There is a community council of sorts covering Donadea and surrounding www.tirnamona.ie where you might get some information. While it's fairly isolated spot in general, you are still pretty close to towns like Prosperous, Clane, Maynooth and Kilcock.
