I've had no dealings with this company but a look at their website [broken link removed] shows that they are just a re-seller for French property development firm Pierre et Vacances, who are well-known and long established in France.
You should be aware that such activities do not come under the remit of the Financial Regulator or any other regulator for that matter, nor is there any compensation scheme. To the best of my knowledge direct property investment is unregulated.
Personally I don't like websites encouraging investment that give no indication of who is behind the business, what their track record, experience or qualifications are. But that's just a personal gripe - as I say I have no direct experience of this company although I've had some experience of Pierre et Vacances in the past and they are reputable.
