Dole while doing part-time work?

I will be made redundant at the end of December. I have picked up some work for January- March as a consultant(self assesement) two days week. Does anyone know If I am entitiled to any social welfare for days not working

If you are available for, genuinely seeking and capable of work for the days that you are not self-emplyed, you can claim Jobseeker's Benefit/Allowance for those days. SW works on six day week (Sun. not counted) so entitlement will be weekly rate applicable divided by 6, by number of unemplopyed days.
