Doing sole trader accounts myself?

Hi,

I recently set up as a sole trader (contract cleaning company) and to save on costs I want to do my own accounts...I have mastered the VAT payments but need help/advice about how to do my end of year taxes, what my tax bill will be for the first year, income/expenditure spreadsheets etc.

Any help or advice on webistes/books I can get all this information from would be greatly appreciated

try the enterprise centres, they usually run courses on taxation and stuff like that
