Doing a CE scheme/apprenticeship

So I failed my second year of college doing computer science due to personal issues. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take repeat classes so I was removed off the course. Someone told me about CE schemes or apprenticeships that I can do.

I didn't complete my Leaving Cert but did a PLC in Journalism and got 5 distinctions.
