Does this interest seem high

I got a student loan from the bank of ireland last year of 10k and the amount I have to pay back is 14000 over 5 years, does this seem high to you?

In my opinion, it is on the high side .........

At 10.9% APR , you should pay back around €12,800 over 60 months ...thats about € 210 monthly .imo

Did they not quote you an APR for that? Were the loan repayments to start immediately or after a period of time? If the repayment was delayed was the interest accumulating from the start of the loan or deferred until repayments started?
