Does anyone know who can do a check on the sound insulation between semi detached houses. the noise seems to travel quite easily between us and the neighbours. Would the council check it meets building regulations? The builder is still building some houses nearby and if it did not conform i may be able to twist his arm to do something.....i think there is some stuff you can pump into the walls to improve sound insulation.
