Does anyone know how to convert a iPod song (MP4) to wmv or MP3

Nothing hooky in mind, just that I use some songs for home videos, easy if they are off cd as are wmv or mp3.

But mod-ren man that I am I now download from itunes, but cant use the songs like I would like to. Anyone know what I'm on about or can point in the right direction?

iTunes will do it.

Edit>Preferences>General>Import Settings (about half way down)

Change the import settings to mp3

The Advanced>Make mp3 version, and iTunes will create a copy for you.
