Does anyone know anything about the following areas of prague 8,9 and 12?

1) Vysocany of prague 9 - or prague 9 in general.
2) Modrany of prague 12 - or prague 12 in general
3) prague marina which i believe is in prague 8

There are developments being sold off plan from .

They are being sold with a very good payment schedule of 10% down - remainder on completion.
There is a long run in.

There is also another one which i suspect is a long way out as they don't mention a prague numbered district.

Anypone any idea of this company?

Going on their selections in the UK I would not say they were all that good.
Leeds and Manchester City Centres already heavily over supplied with apartments and have seen that Bratislava and Prague stuff from a number of companies. If they were that shrewd would they really be pumping those locations??

Prague Marina is in Prague 7

Sorry to change the subject.

But I saw this company advertised in the Sunday Times last week. They sent me an interesting development in Bratislava called 'Nove Mesto'.

Their overseas stuff looks quite good. Has anyone used this company before?
