I don't, and haven't, made any of these in years. I do however make plans as I like the freshness of a New Year.

So my plans for 2009 (NOT resolutions )

Expand my knowledge with a work related course (or two).
Get some more money in the bank/spend less
Keep my office tidy and my diary up to date
Cut out those few cigarettes I still indulge in
 
Keeping the auld cholesterol under 6 whilst not skimping on the vino.
