Does anyone know who bought this site (it's the one with the old Unilever/Nestle factory next to Blindcraft and close to the Blackhorse luas station) , or even who the selling agent was? There is a water-storage tank on that property, which is badly overflowing and the Council said they can't do anything as it is private property.
