Does anybody know what a "solicitors loading pack" is?

What is a solicitors loading pack?is there even such a thing?
i have tried searching and all that comes up is a "home information pack"?!
if anybody could help it would be great , thanks!!
 
Perhaps its a Solicitor's legal pack ? - i.e. all the documentation the bank send to the solicitor with a copy of the borrowers letter of offer where the borrower wishes to obtain a mortgage? It would include the Mortgage, conditions of offer, Solicitor's undertaking and Certificate of Title and Family Law Declarations amongst others.

it was mentioned in a conversation about land law, i don't know if it was specifically in relation to conveyancing or planning permission but i presumed it was one of those.
 
Perhaps you mean a Solicitor's loan pack? If so, it is as described by mf1 above.
 
If not a loan pack and it includes planning permission docs, would it be be a set/pack of title deeds?
