Hello,
I just wanted to borrow 30,000 for attic conversion, I have a mortgage with PTSB which has a few years left on it, so am going to go with them for the loan again. Will I need a solicitor to borrow this amount - or do you think PTSB (because they know my payment record has been excellent) won't need me to get a solicitor to finalise it all?
