Do you have to pay Employer Prsi to a Class S employee?

I am a proprietrary director of a company (i.e. more than 15% shareholder + director).

I am also an an employee of the same company.

I think that makes me class S for prsi.

I know that I have to pay 3% prsi but does my company have to pay the 12% employer prsi for me?

Man it's hard to find this information.
 
Per the publication linked above by Coppers.

The employer does not make a contribution to S class employees.
