Do I Register My property for VAT?

I have a holiday Villa in Cornwall which i have had on the market for 2 years but cannot sell. My query is if I register this property for VAT can i claim back all the VAT i am charged for services to the Villa, i.e. site fees, letting fees, cleaning fees, electricity etc, etc.

AAM is an Irish site and you might be better off searching for a site with UK tax expertise.
