Do I need to submit P60 with Med2?

Do you have to send a copy of your P60 in with a completed Med2 form? Can't find any mention of it on the revenue website. Thanks.
 
You don't have to submit P60 but the top of page 2 of the Med1 ( which should accompany the Med2) asks for Pay & Tax amounts per either P60 or Week 52 payslip. Revenue need to know what tax actually paid to calculate refund due, if any. Employers may not have 2008 filed with Revenue until Mid February 09 so Revenue need this information.
