Do I need to sign off

I was working 2 days per week and claiming JA for the remainder. I finished working on Friday but have secured a full time job starting next week. Do I need to inform the welfare office? I have tried to ring them loads to times but keep been put on hold for ages (up to 30 mins)!!! I just give up then.

Beware of ringing SW with items as important as signing off. Like any other situation it is possible that your message does not get passed on to the correct section. Go in person on the last working day before you take up your new employment and sign whatever is required. The paper trail is important in case of any discrepancies
