Questions do i need an accountant to submit my annual returns for my limited company. Or put an other way does the person who does up my accountants have to be a qualified person?
Or put another way can i submit the accounts myself with out using an accountant?
The limited company only has one person working in it
No accountant is needed for audit exempt accounts. Of course, the filer/preparer should ensure that they feel competent to address all the issues surrounding completion and filing of statutory accounts and returns with the CRO and with Revenue.
If the company is required to have an audit, then only Registered Auditors may prepare the audit report for such companies.
