Do any of these Online savings accounts you can open up such as with Raisin or Trade Republic allow joint accounts to be setup ?

Interactive Brokers does, although, since it's not a normal bank account, it might not suit everyone

Bunq offer joint accounts.

I believe N26 also offer joint accounts.
