Divorce - what is partner entitled too ?

I know a girl and her marriage has just broken up, she is very wealthy, husband had nothing much financially. No kids.

Just curious too see if he is entitled to 50% of the assets, house, business etc. Think everything is in her name as they hadn't been married long.
 
very unlikely he would be entitled to 50%, it depends on the facts of every case and if they are not married long and everything is in her name then it is even more likely that he will not get any where near 50%, she should consult a solicitor on it.
