Distribution Frequency from ARF

Execution only ARF.

Looking at Zurich application form.
Frequency and date of first distribution.

I would like to establish ARF after the 31/11/2024 so no deemed distribution this year.

I would like to take first distribution at end of 2025 (and annually thereafter).

Question. If I take out ARF in first week in December this year (2024) and opt for first annual 4% distribution in November 2025 which would be paid out last day of November 2025, timing wise, would this work regarding the distribution for 2025.
Zurich pay distribution on last day of chosen month.

Basically, would having distribution as same day as fund valuation for deemed distribution be too close for Zurich administration ?

It would be nice to have distribution prior to December (Christmas) going forward.

I am not certain about this, but what I think happens is as follows.

The valuation is done at the end of November for determining drawdowns for the following year. If you start in December the value at the starting date will be used to calculate drawdowns for the next year.

I changed my Zurich ARF over to a new broker mid way through this year.
The old ARF was ceased and a new Zurich ARF was set up.

The value of the new ARF was higher than the previous ARFs value at the end of November last year.

The drawdowns were recalculated for the new ARF at its starting date.

For the remainder of this year I have larger monthly drawdowns than I had at the beginning of the year.

Put December 2025. If you put November, they will pay you in November and possibly a second small amount in December.
