Dissolve an Irish Ltd Company

Hi Experts,

We are planning to leave the country, we are directors of a limited company and would like to close/dissolve the business legally.

We would like to know what is involved in closing a private limited company that is in operation since 12 months.

The company does not have any Assets / Liabilities. It has been in trading until October 2010.
