From 1st February 2007, if you are under 55 and get a redundancy payment of more than €50,000 you will be disqualified from claiming Jobseeker's Benefit for the following length of time:

Just wondering regarding the quote above , I am over 55 and just have been made redundant , so does this mean there is no disqualification waiting period for Jobseeker's Benefit for over 55 year olds no matter how much of a
redundancy I got?
