Question asked: I was declared bankrupt in 2008 ( am still an undischarged bankrupt,) and therefore had to resign directorship of the small company of which I was the sole director. The company ceased trading prior to my bankruptcy and was dissolved in February 2009. What if any are my legal responsabilities to respond to questions regarding the now dissolved company?. As you may guess from this post I'm not the sharpest knife in the draw but this whole situation is pushing me very close to the edge and I dont know where to turn as I thought it was over and i could try to rebuild my life.
