Disinheriting Siblings

I am led to believe that there was some change in legislation last year in relation to family members/siblings being able to challenge a situation where they believe they were intentionally or otherwise disinherited from their parents will. Can anybody point me in the right direction or advise any web links to this topic.

Thanks

I am unaware of any recent change in succession law. The situation as I know of it is that a child may under Section 117 of the Succession Act 1965 claim that a parent has failed in their moral duty to provide for them. The judge then has discretion as to whether or not the parent failed to adequately provide for them. Is that the sort of situation you are talking about?
