Discovery Channel

Has anyone noticed that the content of the discovery channel has gone drastically downhill lately. It seems to me that they bring new channels on board with NTL they start off very good but then show a load of C**P after a few months. The discovery channel was excellent at the start and I really enjoy that type of programs, especially compared to the rest of the rubbish that we are subjected to on TV.

Any body else agree?

The discovery channel has been around for 20 years or more and is not influenced in any way by NTL. If it's just become C**P it's entirely coincidental. Perhaps it's due to the fact that there are now many different discovery channels (science, animal planet, etc etc) and if you are an analogue customer you only get one (which very well may be c**p).

I'm sick to death of those blokes fixing up their motor cycles. Many of the other programmes are quite good.

I suggest a mass move to the History Channel, At least for the "old faithfull" amoung us we can remember what the real Discovery channel was like way back when......
