Would like to hear from anyone who has used a discounted solicitor, through a mortgage broker.
Have they found the service of solicitor to be of equally high standard.
Also does anyone have any experience of how much can be saved on solicitor fees (and other fees if you care to elaborate) by going this route (mortgage broker) or going to banks etc by yourself.
Would like to hear some people's honest experiences as i am currently beginning process (first time buyer) and want to make the right choice.
