If so, what would be a reasonable discount to ask for, or, is it better to ask for extras to be included instead.

G Gerry Canning Registered User Messages 2,504 14 May 2015 #2 There shouldn,t be much of a discount . No harm asking though. It might be that builders cash-flow is tight so someone with cash can complete quicker than someone needing a mortgage. Other than that I see no cash advantage.
