My wife is on a disablement pension. She is unsure of what she is entitled to outside of the pension. She has been told a number of options from different state and no state persons , we cannot find anything conclusive on the net as a guide. she has recently started a Solas training course , but has been informed she is not eligible for a training allowance which means it will now cost her to attend the course. Any help on entitlements, should she sign on and what she can and can't do? would be greatly appreciated.
