Disabled vehicles

Have a brother who is disabled and am thinking of buying a vehicle that we would be able to use to drive him around,
Would need at least 6 other seats as well as his wheel chair space.
Any one any idea where you get them and do you have to buy them and get the ramps etc. fitted.

Yes most can be converted,
If converted by a aproved company you can claim back the duty on the car.

Heard that alright is it only applicable to new cars or can we buy second hand and get it converted and claim the duty that would be on the car???
Wondering what price the conversion costs any idea?????
