Disabled benefits

I am new to this site, so i would like some help please. I had a problem with my knee and had 3 operations all of which went wrong and I have been told that I will be disabled for life, I cannot work and I am getting 50% ill health pension. I have applied for incapacity benefit, I would like to know what else I can actually claim for?

Also who pays my stamp and pension? and do i need to sign on? Any other procedures or help would be most appreciated
