Advice please
I Have prices in, and decisions made on who I am going with on most facets of the build. However I am looking for advice as regards obtaining a price for the plumbing aspect of the build.
Main queries
(1) I know most electricians will only give an all in one price, that is labour and materials, does the same apply to Plumbing?
(2) As I am having both rads and underfloor heating do I need to source the underfloor heating apparatus or will the plumber do this for me?
and
(3) I am going with a wood pellet boiler, and as all plumbers are not on the SEI list as rcertified installers would it be better for me to get prices from three plumbers on the SEI list rather than messing around with two individuals (a) The local guy who will plumb the rest of the house and (b) the certified wpb installer?
