Direct Labour Costs

Hi,

I know there have been threads on this subject before but things change very often in the building trade so I am hoping for some recent costs.

I am hoping to build a two house by direct labour - 1800 to 2000 sq ft in the south east.
Unfortunately a contractor builder is not an option due to the cost, so we have to take the very difficult route of direct labour.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.
