I did bring it back to Ford. They made several attempts to fix it over the last 15 months but with no results. They say that it cannot be fixed and that it is now a feature of the car!!!!!!!! They say that it happens in most of the new Focus model cars. If this is true why did they waste my time for ages trying to fix it. If there is any problem they cannot fix can they just turn around and call it a feature???
Have you tried bringing it to another dealer - if its under warrenty you can bring it to another dealer to get a second opinion and it shouldn't cost you a penny.
