Dilema.....

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help on this one.
I am involved in a mortgage on a house with my brother. We purchased over two years ago and the house has gained significant equity.
I was living there, but have sinced moved in with my partner who purchased his own apt in September.
We are getting married next year and would untimately like to move to something a little bigger.
Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do with the house I am in with my brother? Should I get him to buy me out and if so, how does that work - or should we sell, split the profits and I take the money to fund the purchase of another property with my partner?
Also, what are the implications of me being married and owning a property with someone else, does this put my brothers interests at risk, should anything ever happen to me?
We have a joint tenancy agreement as it stands.

Thanks..
