I am thinking of signing up to Digiweb's Metro Broadband service. It looks good and the have a special at the moment, pay for 10 months and get 12 and also free installation.

In my experience, Digiweb have a horrible horrible customer service. Said it before here. Was a customer of theirs and left purely because their customer service was so bad.
I had Digiweb's Wireless service and switched to their ADSL when it became available. The only issue I have with their customer service is that it closed at 8 the last time I needed it but when I have used it got good response.
Their installation and service engineers turned up on when they said they would on 3 separate occasions and that is a big plus.
