Digiweb v BT Broadband

Hi folks,

I am currently have my broadband with NTL but because I will no longer be using their TV service I have to change broadband provider. I have been looking at both Digiweb and BT, from the comments on this site it seems that BT's service is appalling so I am leaning towards Digiweb's Metro package, has anyone experienced any problems with Digiweb, what are their download speeds like etc?

I cna say that though Bt service is applaling it's product is fantastic.

service costs money and we all want a cheap product.......

Only from a personal perspective, if it's between BT and digiweb, go with digiweb. BT are absolutely appalling in terms of customer service from set up through to breakdown, even eircom are better but they do hold the power. You will have no way back with BT and any issue takes a week to register let alone resolve. As a piece of advice that someone gave me before choosing a provider, ring both their helplines (not sales service!) and see who answers faster.
