Digital Forensic Examiner role

I have been offered the role of Digital Forensic Examiner at a Law Enforcement Authority. I haven't yet accepted the offer. Salary is low, but like the technical aspects of this role.

Could someone let me know the nature of the job, duties involved etc? Pros and Cons of this role?

Any one currently working as a Digital Forensic Examiner? Can you please share your experience?

Doesn't the job listing/description/contract of employment clarify?

Actual work involved might be different from the job spec. It would be better to hear from someone who has the job.

Not a good sign if you don't trust a prospective employer to accurately describe the role and duties.
